All ZITEE products are manufactured according to your personal specification.

 

Return and exchange will only be honored if 

• We sent the wrong style or size

• Shirt has damage

If any of the above mentioned problems with your order applies, the item may be returned or exchanged with 15 days of receiving the order. Returns/Exchanges will not be granted if you order the wrong size or style shirt. Please double check, and ask us plenty of questions about the sizing chart to ensure that you are ordering the correct shirt.

If items are defective, please email squad@wearzitee.com and state the reason for the return/exchange. ZITEE will reimburse shipping charges only one items declared defective. Once we give you the go-ahead to return your order, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. if returning or exchanging an item all must be unused, unwashed, and have all of the original tags. Any returned items deemed by ZITEE as previously worn or tampered with will not be accepted.
